I recently purchased a Range Rover sport from Ultimo Motors my salesman Christian was great to work with he was very knowledgeable and professional I'll recommend that dealership to anyone looking for a great luxury vehicle

Worked with a salesman named Jay. It was my first experience buying a car and he couldn't have made the process any easier. He was very understanding of my situation and I genuinely felt as though he had my best interest in mind. At the end of the day I walked out with the car I wanted and Jay delivered big time. Would definitely work with this team in the future.

This dealership is a total scammer. I have purchased a vehicle from them 2nd week of March 2020 with my trad in vehicle. This is how they do. They will tell you that their cars fully inspected and ready hit the road, but apperently they are not. They will even show you inspection sheet but it wouldnt mean anything because you dont see what is the issue under the car. So i had traided in and took the vehicle my own mechanic and took it to Fletcher Jones Audi (Inspection fee 209$). I am not going to tell you anything about wear and tear part those are exceptible but things they do it is NOT. In my vehicle they have dissconnected and bypassed break sensor, so the car wont give you any warning or signal but the problem is even tho you breaks are bad or far beyond bad you wont know it, because they disavled it. They will be low baller with your car anything they come up with such, they cut 1000$ that my vehicle needed pair of rear tires. They are claiming that tires were in between yellow end red zone, I accepted it. But when i measure their sale car tires they are in the same condition but they dont give you any discount. I went back to talk to manager, they dont even respect you anymore because deal was done, you can tell from their attitudes. I have all the proof of pictures and quotes from 3rd party mechanic and official Audi dealer. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Christian provides a very professional experience. Answered all my questions, very personable and not your typical pushy salesman. Would definitely go back and work with him. He followed up to see if there was any addition question he could answer. Scott was the same and sent a follow up email to see if I had any additional question. Wish all experiences were like this.

My family has been a customer of this place for years, we have bought 4 cars from here, went to check out a CLS63 that was lowered to $42,650, but when I called and let them know I was coming they raised the price to $43,112. That was only the beginning as after tax and warranty the vehicle was being marked up almost $20k, the max discount they would offer is $400 for a customer that’s been with them for years, as if that is not enough, the general manager Scott is a guy I would not like to converse with ever again as he is the rudest person I’ve met. Telling a 4 time customer to go back to 1982 for a cheaper car basically telling me to go xxxx myself, last time I will be visiting this place and definitely the last time we purchase a car from here, will make sure to let my extensive family know to stay away from this place.

3rd time customer came looking to purchase a vehicle, max discount they could give was $400, on a $45,000 car. Very rude general manager Scott, told us to go back to 1982 to purchase a car, would not recommend at all, will be taking our business somewhere else
