"THIS DEALER DELIBERATELY SOLD ME A VEHICLE WITH MAJOR

"THIS DEALER DELIBERATELY SOLD ME A VEHICLE WITH MAJOR PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE, FULLY AWARE OF THE ISSUES. THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ITEMS AFTER TAKING MY MONEY. AND THE SO-CALLED WARRANTY WAS USELESS. THEY DENIEDTO HONOR BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY KNOWN. THIS WAS NOT JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERIVE: IT WAS OUTRIGHT DISHONESTLY AND EXPLOITATION" THIS DEALERSHIP KNOWINGLY DUMPED A DAMAGED CAR ON ME, POCKET THE MONEY, AND LEFT ME WITH NOTHING BUT A USELESS WARRANTY AND THEIR LIES.

I had a really good experience with this dealership.

I had a really good experience with this dealership. They were responsive and answered and questions that I had. In particular I want to share with you how great a gentleman named Steve was. He was awesome and he made the process go smoothly. Also a gentleman by the name of Chris helped me out and he was great. Keep up the great work fellas!

Steve was an excellent sales rep. Ultimo has a great stable of cars to select from. Steve went out of his way to help me with my trade in, new summer wheels & tires and answered all of my questions accurately.

The worst car buying experience.

The worst car buying experience. received car with rips in leather and car needing service with check engine, light and license plate bracket broken to. I couldn’t even put my license plate on there..

Luxury cars but janky salesmen.

Luxury cars but janky salesmen. Alan A. presents very pleasant but says and does anything for a deal. Everybody beware, especially out of town shoppers. $120K truck showed up with worn out brake pads; had to replace after having the vehicle only a month! A 3 rating is far more accurate than what the 4+ on Google.

Not impressed at all. Ben was my salesperson. The price on the car is final. It's a take it or leave it attitude.

Car was not as represented by Ben (salesman).

Car was not as represented by Ben (salesman). Only offered to make the repairs if I agreed to ship the car back from Florida to Illinois ($1800 round trip). Don’t buy here!
