FALSE PROMISES When I purchased my used F150 that the
FALSE PROMISES When I purchased my used F150 that the manager was using as personal vehicle and added 4,000 miles to the truck from what was advertised, I was told that they would reimburse me for an oil change and that I did not need to use a Ford dealership. When I presented Josh with my receipt he had told me there were Ford pass points that I could have used and they aren't paying for my oil change. BUT when you go onto Ford pass it states that the points are not available until 60 days after purchase. Digging deeper into the app you have to request your points and they instantly appear. I have emailed Josh and the manager (Tyler Torres) since June 14th and neither of them are responding to me. Here is my 1 star updated review from my original May 3rd review. Hope it was worth the $77 you didn't want to reimburse me for OR should have done an oil change before the truck left your lot.

Yes, the issue was resolved after an inquiry email about the the reimbursement check was supposed to be mailed 3 weeks prior. Which was sent overnight.

I basically did all the research on the truck just went to dealer to sign the deal. No sales tactics were involved. I brought based on pricing and the deals ford was running. We haggled a little bit about trade in value. Empir must run a tight ship cuz they were going to hold out on a cash sale for $500. I guess cash isn’t king anymore dealers don’t make any money in the financing.,

I couldn’t give a five star review. I’m still waiting for the original registration and it took several ppl to get involved in order to get just a copy. I responded to my sales person . Her manager responded back claiming the finance guy would take care of the registration issue. That’s 3 ppl looking at my issue on Monday. No one called on Monday regarding my registration. I emailed the manager and the sales person responded. That she would make good on her promise to have the registration to me in 7 days. In a few hours she did just that. But it took a week to get anyone to work on getting registration . Apparently, dealers need your title from your trade in in order to register a new vehicle. I have never had so many excuses for why my new vehicle couldn’t be registered. I have brought many cars in my day for cash never once had an issue with registering it.
