A Wonderful Place

I love Kia Huntington. I was treated like royalty there. The place is super clean. I love the Starbucks coffee machine. cJohnathan is great. George the manager is awesome. Highly recommeded.

Great dealership, Excellent staff. and a nice selection of vehicles. Michael made deciding between buying or leasing easy. Both my wife and I both leased new vehicles this year. Highly recommended!

This dealership parts department, Kenny in particular, is

This dealership parts department, Kenny in particular, is a joke. We ordered parts online and when we received the box, there was no packing paper inside the box and the box was torn open and 2 parts were missing valued at almost $160. I just got off the phone with Kenny and he started yelling at me and saying this is the post office fault but had this box been packaged correctly, it would not have torn open. I asked him to just replace the 2 parts and he said "then we will be out the money". I responded by saying "we are already out the money" and he didn't care. Very poor customer service. I will take this further with Kia directly. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE EVERYONE.

If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would.

If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. After purchasing my car at the very end of December, on my way home (3 hour drive) I noticed that the car, a new Kia Sorento PHEV, was shaking. I called Peter the sales rep, and he mentioned that because I took the car on a warmer day, the tire pressure might be off, and try to adjust that when I get home. Fair enough. The shaking never stopped, even after a dozen different attempts to change tire pressure, rotate tires, rebalance tires, etc. I have over 20 calls to the dealership from the day I bought my car, and they kept saying "they were trying to help me". NO THEY WEREN'T. Buyer beware, once you walk off the lot, they will never treat you like a valued customer. I am disgusted by how this dealership turned their back on me. I had to pay $5,000 to get out of my lease, TWO MONTHS INTO IT, all while asking for a solution to the problem. Take your business elsewhere, you'll regret it if you don't.

From the time I walked in to the time time I drove off with my car they were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. Jeff and the others made me comfortable and relaxed while everythinbg was being handled.

Literally the worst dealership experience I've ever had....

Literally the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I had decided to buy a new Kia and made a deposit to reserve the vehicle while waiting for my financing. But I later find out they had sold the vehicle when I came back. So not only they dishonor the agreement, but also tried to keep the deposit money. They continued to avoid my phone calls, never called me back when I left a message. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Also what ridiculous dealership charges that high of credit card surcharges. This should be going up to corporate.

I had the worst experience dealing with this dealership,...

I had the worst experience dealing with this dealership, buyers beware ,I purchased a vehicle in September 2021 with a warranty that could be canceled withing 30 days ,I have been trying for 4 months to cancel it Anthony Macca won't return my call I have left him nearly 20 messages the owner won't do anything , I have contacted the New York attorney General concerning this matter ,buyers beware of this place their service is terrible , their customer service is terrible and at this point I'm also looking into legal action concerning this matter , find your vehicle elsewhere I would give them a minus 5 if I could very pissed off customet

I am still having the same problem with this dealership 2 months after i submitted this review this dealership is still stealing money from me through this warranty that should have been canceled in October .Anthony Macca has lied to me several times and even said it takes 3 months to cancel a warranty which was a big lie the warranty company says it takes less than a week ,im sick of hearing lies from this man . I have contacted the New York State Attorney General concerning this matter ,also im contacting an attorney i am tired of playing games with you on this matter , you know how to cancel a warranty the bank paid you for that vehicle and that warranty i had 30 days to cancel it your dealership have not sent them a check back for what they paid for this warranty and is trying not to send the nearly 6000 back to the bank for a canceled warranty i know whats going on and it has been nearly 5 months ,Im going to post a rating every week worst than the one that i posted before. , I dont want to hear anymore lies from Mecca ,and if i wasnt in Texas i would come in and handle it . I hope my Ratings discourage customers from dealing with this digusting place.

Going car shopping this day and age isn’t easy! The market is tough and you don’t know who you can trust. Luckily we found Kia of Huntington! Jeff was amazing and professional. He helped us find the right car that fit our budget. Kevin was funny and a straight shooter which I liked. And now on to Anthony our financial advisor, when it comes to these guys I usually cringe because I know they are gonna try and up sale the xxxx out the car. Not this guy! He looked out for us and took care of us! We clicked and that made this process that much more enjoyable! Everyone was kind friendly and helpful. The lounge was super clean and the coffee was delicious! The speed at which they got us into our new used car blew me outa the water! No more hours at a dealership it was one two three! I know where we are buying all of our cars from now on!
