This is the 3rd car we bought from the Jensen Beach CarMax location. They make the buying process easy. We have shipped all 3 cars from other CarMax locations and were able to ensure the vehicle we shipped was the car we wanted. This location is user friendly and helpful and most of all, no pressure. I highly recommend this location.

This was a very different car buying experience for us. There was no pressure, no salesperson hovering over us, no fake sales pricing, no haggling over the price. We were able to look as long as we wanted on our own and ask questions when necessary and then look some more. Phil was friendly, professional, and a knowledgeable problem solver. It was actually a great experience.

Emailed the dealer requesting info on the car but never heard back. Also tried calling them directly and got transferred to another location and was told there was no one available on the floor to take my call.
