From the moment my husband and I arrived, he was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable He took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made sure we understood each step of the process. We had a lot of questions and were trying to to get the best posible deal. We never felt rushed or pressured, and that made us feel very confident on our choice of car. What really stood out to me was when we needed to go back home to get some paperwork and bring our trade in. Ricardo was kind enough to wait for us and was completely understanding. That meant a lot to us and showed how much he genuinely cared about helping us. We truly felt respected, valued, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Ricardo went above and beyond to make this experience stress free. Car buying can be intimidating and stressful but he made it very easy.
