Wonderful experience!!
Chaz was simply great and made our buying experience wonderful. We traveled up from North Carolina to the Virginia Dealership because of a car we saw on their website. Chaz was very thorough, helping my daughter pick and choose her first car, explaining everything to her in great detail. He kept in contact by text but was not intrusive. We looked around at other cars and other dealerships before deciding that we want to buy our car from Chaz and Checkered Flag. Very pleased with the entire process.

Rich was great to work with. Very patient explaining options and made sure I understood things and answered all my questions. Did not pressure me in any way. Made sure the car and navigation system was set up so I could go on a trip the following day!

New car
On my only day off from work, my daughter drove to pick me up from home so we could check out new cars. My old one had gotten junked a few days before and i was really stressed about how i was going to be able to make it to work in the weeks coming. Long story short we ended up at this dealership and my mind was put at ease. The gentleman that helped us, Paul, was just so sweet and kind. He lit up the room and all concerns i had, he put to rest. At the age of 55 Paul helped me get my first brand new car! Im still in shock! Thank you so much for everything you have done!!!

Great Service

Paul found the exact car I wanted at the right price!
I needed to upgrade to a larger car for work and wanted to see what I could get trading in my Elantra towards a used SUV. Paul greeted me at the door and started working with me right away. The trade-in price they gave me for my Elantra was unbeatable; no question. I'm pretty hard-headed and definitely don't like the "hard sell" that I've dealt with at many dealerships. Paul never fell into that category; I told him what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he found the perfect Santa Fe and it was in my budget with warranty. Everyone I worked with was very down to Earth and pleasant - never felt "sale-sy." Great experience all around. Thanks guys!
