They are scammers.

They are scammers. Said the truck is “great”, “it runs great”, and “whoever had it last took great care of it”. The usual lies to get you sold. Multiple things wrong with on the base level, abs light and airbag light, horn not working, and other cosmetic things. Said the truck is already 1000 under the value. Drove 3 hours home. The next day drove it and it was overheating, added coolant and it ran okay. The next day found the coolant everywhere, isn’t the hoses, isn’t the water pump, the radiator is busted. I called and they said “we won’t leave you stranded, we can get it done for a low cost”, one how are you supposed to get a vehicle with a busted radiator anywhere, let alone 3 hours. Can’t return it even though they said there was a 3 day return. The least they could do is order a radiator from a auto part store that is local to me and I can replace it. He told me, “it’s a old truck, things break”, it came off their lot like that, apparently other cars that come off their lot are like that too, such as a bmw engine seizing. It would be okay if they would be willing to help out but no. It isn’t my fault that they want to lie about the condition of it and not tell any of the issues. If anything they did right was the sales rep was very nice but she and the rest of them still lied. Do not buy from these crooks, they will lie to your face, won’t help you and leave you with a broken vehicle.

Everyone here made buying a car a great experience. Very nice and professional. The transaction was quick and easy. We had already picked out the 2013 Ford Escape online and Russ made sure it was there and ready for us when we got there. The process was smooth and we had the car we wanted within an hour. Thank you all for helping us get the car we wanted.

I was screwed

I bought a 2007 rav4 from you. On the way home the right rear brake caliper was hung up. I just finally had the money to get car to garage this is what the car needed- all new brakes,rotors,calipers,front struts, rear shocks, rear coils which were broke, front inner tie rods , sway bar links, emergency brake pads and hardware kit, rear bumper support. I haven’t drove this car 300 miles I bought it in December I just finally saved up the 2000 dollars to fix it!!!!!!

Dear SG, Thank you for your feedback and we'd like to express that we are sorry to hear your frustration. To be completely transparent as we have always been and will be, we need to answer your feedback with facts. You purchased your 2007 Toyota RAV4 from our Value Lot. The price was listed way below the book value. The brakes and the strut were already disclosed to your prior to your purchase. That's why you've got the price adjustment. There would be a no problem to replace all those at our facilities at way more reasonable cost. Unfortunately, a 15-year old vehicle might have some of those cosmetics. Please, do not hesitate to contact our Value Lot if you haven't spent that kind of money on those repairs. Our staff can help you.

My mother and I bought a 2016 Jeep from this dealership....

My mother and I bought a 2016 Jeep from this dealership. The car is in her name. The salesperson forced us to purchase this vehicle with a cracked windshield. The check engine light came on as soon as I got home. (I drove from canton to Youngstown for this vehicle). They gave us a warranty from the dealership and a warranty for a year with the car. I contacted them. There were several contacts with this company that resulted in them saying they will call back when they can get the car in. They never called. So we now took it to progressive Jeep to be fixed and are trying to us our warranty but they company we signed for the warranty doesn’t have the car on file and the dealership hasn’t called progressive back yet. I believe they charged us for this warranty.
