Didn't have an appointment so the vehicle I originally went to see actually sold but I got a good deal on a fresh S7 they just got in stock. We drove 3 hours to purchase a car for our son and were very let down by the experience. During the test drive, the radio wasn’t working, but we were assured a replacement would be mailed to us since we live out of state. What they sent did not fix the issue. Even worse, just two days after purchase, the car broke down while our son was driving home from work. Our local mechanic discovered a serious engine problem that required a full engine replacement—an extremely costly repair we had to cover ourselves. When we reached out to the dealership, we received no compassion or support. They repeatedly emphasized that it was an “as-is” sale rather than standing behind the vehicle they sold us. After our experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before buying here.
