We were in the market for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum and were not expecting Ferris Toyota to have one available on the lot so soon. I'm giving 5 stars to Ferris and to Tom Jennings, the salesperson we dealt with. My wife and I drove a handful of vehicles in a number of price ranges (from the bottom of our budget to just over our budget) and they were excited to help and answer every question. We sealed the deal rather quickly and have had our vehicle (Toyota Rav4) back for oil changes and to replace a sensor. With each visit we experience 5 star service. The dealership, and Tom specifically, have won us over and will have our business the next time we need another vehicle.
