typical car dealer

Found an armada they had advertised for a great price but when we wanted total they tacked all kinds of stuff on it to get the price back up to average price for it . Still bought it because of the shortage of vehicles I do not recommend them


Horrible experience

The experience went from disappointing to horrendous real quick. First of all, I had a confirmed appointment, and they weren’t ready for me. Second, when we were ready to pay cash, they went and put a proposal together that added $5,000 in dealership fees such as the Katy Assurance and Dealer Recon. Complete BS. You would have to be an idiot to pay for those. Perhaps they figured I had money to burn when I showed up in my Audi with an LV purse. Needless to say, we walked!


Poor service

From start to finish this my experience has been a pain. I came in knowing the car I wanted, what my trade in was worth, my credit score and already had my own financing through my bank no haggling to be done, yet I was there for 6 hours . I specifically l said I do not want to be here for hours. I gave an 1 1/2 hour notice for when I would arrive, the car was not ready I had to wait for it to be washed. It then took the rest of the time to get to finance. i got my own payoff and daily rate there was not much left to do. Once in financing I had a temp guy who was struggling with the entire process. He came up with one excuse after another why I should use their financing instead of my credit union which I assume would have been more work for him. Finally I just went with the back they wanted to use and just refinanced with my bank. I truly felt he was very dishonest and misleading to get out of it. When I was speaking with my husband he felt that there were two warranties I didn't need and wanted to cancel. I had to make several calls over a two week period of time finally reached Daniel he seemed very bothered about helping me, but got me the information I needed. I was told it would take 8 -10 weeks on 3/17/20. Fast forward almost 4 months taking in to account the two weeks it took me to get a call back. I have emailed and left two messages one on the voicemail and one with Chris who assured me he would let Daniel know that was 6/30/20. Now I sit here one week later with no response once again. Point to this is buyer beware they just want a sale not a customer that would come back time and time again. Find a dealership that appreciates your business there is enough competition out there that you don,t have to settle for poor customer service.


Did not honor a Cars.com price

Katy Nissan in Katy TX has a Certified Altima listed online for sale at $16,994 at Cars.com. However, when I went in to buy it, they tacked on a certification fee of $995. This is false advertising.


Nice Folks

John Kim was very nice and helpful. The store was clean and the manager came out and was genuine in my requests for what I was needing in a vehicle
