Service shop replaced exhaust manifold on truck before I
Service shop replaced exhaust manifold on truck before I bought 4/2025 shows up on CarFax report was sold to me 6/2025. Whoever they have servicing the vehicles thought it was ok to leave a broken bolt in the head drill for a helicoil without removing it and cutting down a bolt shorter to accommodate short depth of the hole. So here I am now the helicoil did not work pushed out created a leak was drilled crooked the Hemi tick basically but not because a bolt was broke it is because of service fraud to sell the truck without replacing the head they screwed up which would have cost them alot more like I just had to pay 3,000 bucks. Sent them the invoice explained everything that guy is probably still working on the vehicles avoid this place at all cost bunch of greedy Indians. F them and their 3rd rate mechanics. Be warned!

I went to Auto First in Mechanicsburg, PA because my credit was terrible. They did manage to get me into a car but charged me thousands of dollars more than what they quoted me and what the car was worth and then financed me for an insane interest rate. The car ran/runs great. I just took the car in for my annual safety inspection and free oil change where I learned that the word "free" doesn't actually mean free. They replaced my wiper blades with the wrong size wipers and then failed my inspection because of my subframe. They told me that my subframe needed to be replaced (a problem they should have fixed when I purchased the car in order to inspect it the previous year) They wanted to charge me $1000.00. A problem that takes longer than a year to happen. I had an argument with the mechanics and the service manager about conveniently allowing a previously known issue to pass the last inspection but now charging me for something that they should have fixed before I bought the car. I took it to another local shop to get a second opinion where they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my subframe and passed my inspection. The service manager at this second location took me under the car to show me and I took pictures for evidence as I build a case against Autofirst. I will be filing a complaint through PennDot as well as the Attorney general for open fraud against me. This place shouldn't be in business and the service manager should be fired. They tried to charge me $1000 to replace a part that was totally fine. DO NOT go to Autofirst on the carlisle pike, Mechanicsburg, PA. They WILL take full advantage of you and openly lie straight to your face. There are better options and had I known that before getting into this vehicle, I would have stayed away.

Scott Clayton was the sales rep I dealt with and I only inquired about a specific vehicle. He was friendly and communicative and he followed up on my inquiry the same day after speaking with him. Unfortunately, the dealership had nothing else in the price range, year and model vehicle I was looking for. Look forward to hearing from him if he can find what I'm looking for.

We drove through the lot and saw a vehicle we were
We drove through the lot and saw a vehicle we were interested in. There were no prices listed on the vehicle, so we looked it up online and saw it advertised for $16,378. A salesman came out and asked if we wanted to see it, telling us it would only take 5–10 minutes inside. After 40 minutes, we were presented with numbers that were completely different. Our trade-in was valued at about 40% less than every other estimate we’ve received, and the vehicle price was suddenly $21,800—over $5,000 more than the advertised online price. We were then told the vehicle “still needed to go through the shop,” yet they claimed we could still test drive it. When I pointed out the price discrepancy, I was told their system “must not have updated” and that they “frequently mark vehicles down by $5,000.” The salesman literally whited out the $21,800 price on the worksheet and wrote $16,378 instead, adjusting the numbers, then said he needed to speak with the sales manager. He returned and said they would only honor the $21,800 price, reverted to the original paperwork, and then told us we were no longer allowed to test drive the vehicle—with no explanation and no apology for the incorrect listing. To make matters worse, we were also told this dealership only buys vehicles from Texas to avoid rust and salt damage. After pulling the Carfax, we found this vehicle was originally purchased in New Jersey and serviced there for 7 years. That directly contradicts what we were told. Between the false advertising, inconsistent pricing, refusal to allow a test drive, and inaccurate statements about the vehicle’s history, this experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. We will not be returning and would caution others to verify everything independently.

We worked with Keegan.
We worked with Keegan. He is not a typical salesman. He is honest, friendly, genuine, and went out of his way to help us. He made the whole experience worth it.

Do not purchase from this dealership.
Do not purchase from this dealership. I went to buy a vehicle from this dealership, but the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) listed it as overpriced by nearly $5,100.00. I asked them to come down $ 3,000.00, and they had a story to tell me about how they use different appraisals, other than the Kelly Blue Book, and how my bank isn't in tune with them. They had the nerve to get upset when the bank would authorize them for the amount they were asking. They were difficult to negotiate with and do business with. When I asked them to come down, they only released 497 and claimed it was a military discount. Then I struggled with them to come up with another $ 200.00.
