This dealer is scammer.

This dealer is scammer. We were told the car was given a FULL inspection and maintenance completely prior to sale to anyone, even if we weren't buying. The day we take it home they inform us the turbo had needed to be replaced. 4-5 weeks down the line on a car that's only been driven around town we get a failed catalytic converter. Maintenance department never reaches out to me despite the manager SWEARING that those things just randomly go bad (yeah right). I take it for inspection elsewhere, turn out it it highly unlikely you could go in and miss a failing catalytic converter when replacing the turbo or that the turbo itself malfunctioning could have caused the fail. I have no idea why you would broadcast all the assurances upon sale, just to pull a scam because it's clear now what they tried to pull. DO NOT GO HERE. You should not have a $3k estimate on a car fresh out of a "full" inspection.

Great Service, but GM is terrible

First the dealership and everyone there were awesome. However, I was charged over 1200 dollars to fix a bad connector on a wire harness that GM knows will fail, mine just happened to fail after my warranty expired. A wire harness is not a consumable part, it should not fail. But again, GM has a TSB about the wire harness failing and what to do if it does. I love my truck, but I doubt I will purchase another GM vehicle if that is how they do business.

I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 from this dealership late one

I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 from this dealership late one night and their service department was already closed for the day. I was told they were agressively moving their used inventory. They defintely were not telling me something just to get me to drive three hours to them. They in fact worked very hard with me on my price I needed to pay for the Mazda. The vehicle still needed a new set of tires put on and this dealership offered that if I purchased this vehicle now (did the paperwork in person) since I lived out of town, they were willing to deliver this vehicle to my home some 170 miles away at no cost in a couple of days. Great customer service is all I can say!!!

700 dollars to not fix my truck Replaced trim and it still does the exact same thing part changers not mechanics

If you have a GMC truck like me and are having tons of issues like I am, consider geting it serviced somewhere else. There are plenty of GM dealers within 20-30 minutes drive of Rock Hill. I have had my truck at this dealership 4 times now for 4 seperate issues. Each time to be told the vehicle is "operating as designed"...... Clearly GM is pushing off the issues they "designed into" their vehicles hoping to pacify you until the warranty runs out. I had a RAM with some similar issues in the past that were all resolved under warranty each time I took it to the dealership. I bought this truck because I liked the way it looked and the color, I regret my 80K mistake! GM clearly does not stand behind their products and this dealership buys into it 100%.

Misinformation,Negligence

I will never return to this dealership ever again.I was misinformed about my car diagnosis.I was told my light came on because it was needing an oil change (which I had disagreed).I told them it was a diagnostic code P0024.I agreed to have the oil changed. Two days later the light came back on with the same code (P0024).Not to mentioned the oil change I DIDN?T NEED was not cared for in a professional manner. Didn?t receive my sticker for the next oil change.Oil percentage wasn?t reset.I previously spoke good about this dealership until I realized that I?ve been back to them for the same issue.Need new technicians that care about your car and speaks the truth.I will never go back
