I've bought quite a few new vehicles in my day and this recent purchase at Van Bortel of Rochester was by far the single best buying experience ever . My sales associate Sergio the business manager Stephani and the delivery specialist Trystan were absolutely top notch ! Personally I'm not one that takes to pressurized sales and up-sell tactics well and not once did I feel any of the pressure or xx that will put me off buying . I haven't had any experience yet with the Service Dept. but I'm hoping for the same great service I've received so far , time will tell on that . In conclusion I will and already have recommended VanBortel of Rochester and I'll return for future business .

Shawn Pies is the best! We came into the store to look at a new car for my wife and we ended up buying 3 cars. One for her, one for me and one for our daughter. Everyone that we encountered was helpful and friendly.

What an experience -- not your normal dealership. I would recommend them over any other. I worked with my salesman, Robert Adams, over the phone (I was an hour away) and he was great! Contact with him was every few days while waiting for cars to become available and he explained everything. Put a car on hold (also worked my trade over the computer/phone) and when I picked it up a few weeks later, he made sure to introduce himself, asked if he could do anything else and wanted to make sure I was happy with it. I was very impressed with his helpfulness and to make getting a 2023 into my driveway. The attentiveness and assistance was so welcoming. Highly recommend them.
