DISHONESTY, xxxxxxxx, FRAUDS - I made the mistake of

DISHONESTY, xxxxxxxx, FRAUDS - I made the mistake of leasing a second vehicle from Granbury Nissan (shame on me). The first vehicle listing had features listed (like a sunroof) that were ultimately not on the vehicle when it was delivered to me. I ended up living with it. The listing for the vehicle I just leased included the tow package. When the vehicle was delivered to me, I immediately checked for the tow package and it was not there. James Humphrey, the salesperson who delivered the vehicle, apologized and advised that the dealership would take care of having the tow package installed at my local Nissan dealership. He was to get back to me with details when he returned to the dealership. The vehicle was delivered on Monday 9/22. I exchanged text after text in which the solution was evaded by Humphrey – stating that he “had to check with the manager.” I sent an email to the manager. David Shehadah. NO RESPONSE. I made the same mistake twice – stay away from the dealership and don’t even make the mistake once. FRAUDS.

I was goin to purchase as Suv and my salesman went above

I was goin to purchase as Suv and my salesman went above and beyond to find one that I was happy with. He was very patient as we test drove six different suvs and I couldn't make my mind up. He helped me come to a decision I am confident about.

Tania was awesom, a true professional.

Tania was awesom, a true professional. She provoded great service and went abpve and beyond to get me into my new Nissan Murano. I was somewhat skeptical due to negative reviews. However, I was plesantly proven wrong. I will definatly be back, and will bring friends and family with me well into the future. I belive in training the next generation and Granbury Nissan is doing just that. Turning our leaders of tomorrow out by instilling Prefessionalism and integrity, not xxxxxxxx', and low life's.

Just traded in for my mustang, walked out happy with my

Just traded in for my mustang, walked out happy with my purchase, and already ready to buy another one. The team was super insightful, and gave me several tricks and tips to save money in the long run. Even the finance team seem to care more about what I needed when it came to certain protections and made sure I was covered!

Antonio at Granbury Nissan is A joy to work with. He is honest and truly cares about His customers! He helped My Wife and I I find the Vehicle of our dreams! From the very first handshake I knew that Antonio was going to take care of Us. He listened to Our Wants and Needs and used them to get us into a Vehicle we didn't think we would be able to get into. He took the time to get to know us and make sure we knew Him as well. I have worked with many Sales People but I have never worked with one like Antonio. We will be sending all of our family and friends to Antonio in the future!

I’m extremely disappointed with how David handled my

I’m extremely disappointed with how David handled my experience at the dealership. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. Major issues with the vehicle were missed during inspection, and when I tried to get answers, I was met with attitude instead of accountability. It’s frustrating when a manager seems more interested in defending the dealership than actually helping a customer resolve a legitimate concern. After going back and forth several times, it became clear that my time and trust weren’t being respected. I expected transparency, professionalism, and basic follow-through — but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how customer concerns are handled in the future.

Brian was an excellent host.

Brian was an excellent host. He showed true southern hospitality, which I felt was nonexistent since I’ve been here in Texas. I also appreciate the fact that he sold me what I wanted and not what he wanted me to have. He wasn’t pushy as salesman usually are, but he was patient and answered all my questions. Overall my experience at Granbury Nissan was great. Thank you Brian for all your help, I love my new 2026 rogue!! P.S.my husband loved your sense of humor. Keep it up!
