Very professional dealership. Joe Nathanson is a real asset; the service he provided was top-notch from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend Joe or the dealership. This is our first experience at Lexus of Wayzata, and we weren't disappointed with any aspect of it. From loaning us a car for 4 days while some finishing work was completed on ours, to delivering it to us when done, everything has been first class.

I had a great experience when I brought my Lexis in for service. I'm not sure of the names of the men that helped me but they were awesome! Helpful, polite, and they communicated the time it would take to complete the service clearly and accurately. Thank you guys!

I worked primarily with Bob Horwitz with Lisa Mc Nutty pinch hitting when Bob was not available. I am a deliberate buyer (trained as an Engineer) with many questions any wanting to make a good decision. Bob provided me with the information I wanted on the available RX 350's including the price for each. This made the the process very smooth. He regularly brought cars from the lot to us as my wife was choosing the color. In fact the car we purchased Bob located at the sister dealership which.obviously gave us more to choose from. My wife really likes her new Lexus There is no question I will work with Bob in the future. I rate him a 10
