Do yourself a favor and ask for Tri Bui when you need service at Lexus of Wayzata. He is the absolute best in the business; so kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Hopefully Tri stays at Lexus of Wayzata for the foreseeable future. It's a pleasure to see him when I need service!

My experience has always been largely excellent. Service department is first rate and new car sales is responsive and helpful. My wife and I purchased a new Lexus Hybrid RX 450..beautiful car. We needed to title the car in Florida and the titling process was extremely slow...this was my only complaint and why I rate the overall experience a 4.

Christian Nicklow from Lexus of Wayzata was fantastic to work with....as was the entire staff I interacted with. That includes well after the sales transaction completed! I flew up from Illinois to attend a socially distant but in-person family reunion and as things worked out “bought a pre-owned Lexus”. This really started out as an Internet sale since I found this car online. Christian was very professional and personable.
