Lexus of Wayzata did all they could do and got me approved for the car I wanted! When certain banks refuse credit to me they reached deep down and found the Toyota company to give me the opportunity to purchase my car! And they salesman Christan Niclow was the best and he didn’t give up! And the financial department made sure I got the Apr that fits my best need and gave me deals after deals ! I had originally planned to take my Lexus IS 300 into Lexus of Wayzata to deal with a recall campaign. On arrival, I was met by Tri Bui and advised him this was my first visit to Lexus of Wayzata. Mr. Bui went out of his way to ensure I was informed, and upon finding a significant safety issue with my tires found a economical and quick solution to getting me back on the road. I was very pleased with my visit and plan to take my vehicle back.

A great experience. Bob did an excellent job helping us select our new Lexus and really stepped up to work with Lexus and our previously leased Toyota when we needed an extra few days for new vehicle to arrive. Haven’t had any salesperson or dealer provide that level of seamless service like Bob !
