Nice dealership. Pleasant and courteous employees. Low pressure sales. Large inventory to pick from with high quality used vehicles. Our salesman Russell worked with us and found us a great low miles car. They found us a great interest rate on a used car.

Unbelievable experience with Christian N. the best salesman I have ever dealt with ... I have purchased 29 new trucks & cars in the last 30 years ... He had a great attitude and attention to detail in my book ... Can’t wait to buy another vehicle from him. That’s the type of sale person people are always looking for ...!! And can’t find him or her !! Lexus of Wayzata nailed it when they hired this gentleman...!!

Very professional sales and support teams.

I have purchased my past 5 automobiles from Lexus of Wayzata. That's the best testimony I can provide. Have had great sales support from now Bob Horwitz and prior to that Jan Engle (has since retired).

I just might be a long term convert to Lexus pre-owned vehicles. Beautiful car at a great price! Dana Poppen was wonderful to work with. He helped me get thru several test drives in a short period of time, despite COVID-19. A sincerely nice guy! John Cadle's financing was the quickest, most painless I've ever been through, and he easily found a rate/payment schedule within target. Just a few phone calls and submitting an online application beforehand had me in my new pre-owned car in about 30 minutes after arrival! Looking forward to excellent service and a serene waiting lounge!

WHAT COVID 19 VIRUS?

Even with the virus, Timm Bastyr, Joe Nathanson, and Christopher Broin made my husband Tom Gulliford and myself feel safe within Lexus. I got the BEST!

Visit on April 26

I had a windshield wiper quit working on my 2017 car. I made an appt in the morning and was able to come in to the service dept in the afternoon and they fixed the problem in 30 min and I was on my way with a fixed and clean car. Great job!
