It’s the little things

Mike took time to meet with me at the end of his day. He had to leave but took time to make sure I was comfortable with tea, biscuits and research materials that he printed for me on cars in my price range. I needed to pay cash for a used car this time after 72 months of leasing. He paid careful attention to those details that mattered to me. Some people overlook the small deals. Mike didn’t. I pick up my used car on Friday. It’s a perfect fit for me now. When I upgrade, I will look for Mike at Wayzata Lexus.

poor experience

Typically experience is great. This experience was poor at best. I received the exception report all green. Drive away and the check air indicator is on. Drive back they check air and tell me I will need to come back. Sensor issue. Have little confidence in the all green report they missed the simply one. Must be a change in management.

Amazing service, no pressure!

Mike at Lexus of Wayzata was awesome! He was super friendly and knew everything about the vehicle (we were buying a pre owned vehicle). I was impressed with the level of service and how friendly everyone was. From the moment we walked in everyone was so helpful. I was nervous about dealing with a pushy sales staff especially because I just wanted to test drive a model I was interested in. By the time I was done they had me. Not because of pressure. Because of their honesty. They are upfront. They don’t need smoke and mirrors. Lexus kind of sells itself at this point. They know the quality of their vehicles and all they do is answer questions and point out a few things that you may not have noticed about the car. I walked away to go test drive a another vehicle at a different dealership but after thinking about the quality of the car as well as the service I got I decided to purchase the car. The financial aspect was easy and they made sure I got the best APR I could. It was all so easy. I’m definitely recommending them and I’ll be back for service and potentially a new car in the future. Fantastic support & experience!

Wish I could give 10 stars! My day of finalizing my new lease was great! My orientation was so beneficial but also fun with Eric Baumann. Kara Jackson was the best finance person I have ever dealt with! And I got to leave with this new beautiful NX!

Outstanding consultant

Excellent experience at this dealership. Jake was an outstanding sale consultant and instrumental in getting me my 2020 RCF Track Edition. He kept me updated about production date and the delivery of the car including available dealer installed options when the car finally arrived. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Extremely Pleased.

Very humble, polite and fantastic group of people who helped me choose my first car. Bob was extremely fast with every step of the process and guiding me every step of the way even though I bombarded him with a lot of questions and options.

New Lexus SUV purchase

Gerald Franti most certainly stands out as the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. I appreciated his friendliness and the no pressure meetings with him. He was patient, never made me feel rushed, and answered my many questions each time. . His knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. No hesitation with his answers and no “I’ll get back to you”. A fun experience all around. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!

Determined and Committed

Michael Shteyn was completely dedicated in locating the EXACT vehicle I had requested! He was able to produce it, much to my delight, in a relatively short period of time. My daughter and I came from Wisconsin on Saturday, test drove the 2019 NX300 and purchased it that same day. We were especially impressed with how determined Michael was to go over all of the details, especially the GPS, which, I had specifically requested the Lexus I purchased must have! I know he went beyond his working hours for that day, and we tried to give him an “out” so he could go home and be with his family, but, much to our satisfaction, he was dedicated to making sure we understood all we needed to know about my new NX300. He even had a large red bow on top of my vehicle when he presented it to me, and took a picture of my daughter and I together beside my new Lexus. This is my third Lexus, but that was the first time that had been offered, and tho I had passed up the offer for the picture, I changed my mind because Michael made it feel like that kind of. “Special moment” that should be captured. My daughter, Crystal, commented that Michael had gone much more into detail that others had in the past and she was very impressed with Michael as well. Sergio Pena should also receive kudos because he assisted me in saving a great deal of money over the lifetime of my loan due to my being misled over interest rates from my local RCU office in Eau Claire, WI, with whom I shall be in contact personally on Tuesday. I am grateful for Sergio’s input and knowledge as well, needless to say I have a friend who may be interested in looking into a Lexus, and I will recommend that he seeks out Michael.
