Smooth Purchase

The experience of buying a new car was-for once-actually an enjoyable experienced. No sales pressure, just a lot of good info to help make a decision. The numbers didn't change (go up) during the process and everything was delivered on time and as agreed. I thought our salesperson, Bob Horwitz, did a wonderful job. I liked the time they took to help familiarize me with the new car and do some of the initial setup, like pairing my phone, before I left the dealership.

Jake was great to work with. No pressure, tons of knowledge. Very friendly, solid guy, He didn't leave us waiting. Here and there, like a lot of dealerships. We were short on time, so he had Eric do a quick go through on the car. Eric was great also. They both said we could schedule another go through when we had more time. Best car buying experience we've had to date. Really like the nice waiting area and outdoor fire pit. Thank you, Tom and Amy Bissell

Lexus of Wayzata for used car purchase

Although it was a mostly pleasant experience I still felt underwhelmed by the treatment of a used, non Lexus, car buyer. The sales person did not take the time to get to know us or anything about us, kept us waiting on a few occasions and overall just did not give us his full attention.

Lexus of Wayzata - A Five Star Experience

Lesson Learned! 6 months ago I sold my Lexus RX350 F-Sport and purchased a Mercedes Benz GLE350. Within a few days, I knew something was not a fit, from the way it handled to technology issues. I was going see if I could adjust to the new car, then I remembered Ignacio at Lexus of Wayzata, which I drive by every day. I would think about was how professional, knowledgeable and courteous he was when I purchased from him in the past. After a few short months of settling for what I was driving, I reached out to Ignacio and within a few days I was back to being a proud Lexus owner. Sales staff makes or breaks a business and Ignacio is the primary reason I circled back to Lexus! Lexus drivers have something in common, it is just SMART to own a Lexus and be part of a community of customer service driven people with the clients best interest in mind.

Professional buying experience and thoughtful service

Courteous and candid discussion over vehicle features, pros and cons. "No pressure" buying experience and very forthcoming answering questions. Easy test drive process and quick with paperwork.

Amazing staff and deal

My cousin and I have been looking at new cars for me to purchase, we went to the Lexus dealership during a rather cold and unpleasant day to examine and test drive UX 250h. We were assigned the sales Consultant Kaan Akman. He was very friendly and kind, when test driving the vehicle he was very informative about all aspects of the car. We were considering ordering a new lexus when he showed us a new model on lot that was perfect. Ended up purchasing the vehicle as the negotiated price could not be argued with. I am extremely pleased with everything from the interaction with the staff to new Ux 250h I am now driving. 10/10 will go again.
