Staff very professional and service minded. Receiving the...

Staff very professional and serve minded. Receiving the loaner car was a bit of a wait, but it was a fun experience to try out their newer models. Honestly, for the 1st time in a long time, the recall experience was not bad! I’d like to thank the gm for finding the loaner car and Ali for his top notch service. Also I would like to see if you guys could start going paperless. Receiving vehicle service paperwork would be best served through the Lexus app or via email.

Jake was very professional, personable, and...

Jake was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. It was raining out, so he went drove the vehicles we test drove up to the door for us. He explained the differences in the vehicles very well also. He was not pushy, and he actually listened to what we had in in mind. Hopefully Jake is still there, when it's time for our next Lexus.

Too much to fit in this space! But....Tom Lofquist was so ARROGANT, self indulged, I had to just walk out. I will call the General Manager tomorrow.

First Lexus

We had a 13 year old Toyota and even though it had no issues we decided to upgrade. We looked at many different vehicles and dealt with many different dealerships. From the moment we walked into Lexus of Wayzata we felt calm and relaxed. It wasn’t just how nice the dealership was decorated but it was the employees and the way they made us feel. We were lucky to get Ignacio as our sales rep. His professionalism and attention to detail was unbelievable and it was easy to see why he has been there for over 14 years. He wasn’t pushy as we told him we were just test driving to see what we like as we weren’t planning on purchasing until spring. Over weekend we decided to purchase early and Ignatio made the entire experience to be our best auto purchase experience ever. We are so happy we decided to buy our first Lexus and got the experience of purchasing through Ignatio!

As passionate about customer service as about the Lexus.

Eric assisted us as new owners of the UX250h and NX300h as well as new iphones! We were a bit on overload and Eric patiently went clearly over the details, being sure we both full understood the capability of our phones in both cars. He also listened well to our questions and explained his answers. I had owned my UX for almost a year and never knew the difference in the “ping” between Enform and Siri. He had us listen for it and most importantly, practice using it. He also understands the various cars. He is an A+ teacher.

Making buying a car easy

Best Car Buying Experience- Hands Down

Greg Loop is amazing to work with at Lexus of Wayzata. He goes above and beyond for his customers and wants to ensure that you leave the dealership not just happy, but thrilled. We have purchased from other Metro dealers and Lexus of Wayzata has definitely been our best experience. Questions are answered, you are not rushed into a vehicle, the care they take in assisting the customers and these are just a few of the reasons we will continue to go back.
