The sales staff is very helpful and friendly. Ignacio is fantastic. He walked my wife through the process. The finance staff tried to sell us wheel & tire coverage for things like "curb rash" but the dealership didn't fix the same exact thing on the used 2021 vehicle we purchased for original sticker price. The sale price is also misleading when the dealership adds on $1500 worth of paint sealant and whatnot that is not optional. That cost doesn't show up until you see a breakdown. Not a fan of that tactic whatsoever.

This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of Wayzata. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am with my new, 2022 RX350! From Karen London in sales, who shepherded me all the way through this past Monday, September 12th, when I picked up the new vehicle, to George, who was incredibly helpful during the financial end of the purchase and kindly accommodated my various questions, to WONDERFUL Nathan! who held this senior's hand all through the lengthy explanation of all the incredible technology this vehicle has to offer, (He was AMAZING - kind, gracious, skilled, and so very respectful: SO more accomplished beyond his years!) I would certainly hope management will let all three of these Lexus employees know how much I appreciated their work, and will note the attention they gave a longterm customer in future job reviews. These three represent your dealership well, and should be acknowledged for doing so.
