Had my oil changed and tires rotated today. Been going here for 20 years! Worst service I have ever received. Got there 10:30am. Was sat down at the persons desk. Waited several minutes. Finally a guy asked me does she know you’re here? I said no. He paged her and she finally showed up. Then she told me it would take until noon or latest 12:15pm (which I thought seemed long). So I waited in the reception area. Nobody showed up. Finally at 12:20pm I walk to service myself and i see my car parked there. It appeared to have been done long before the time given!! She was busy chatting with a coworker when I walked up and asked why nobody had gotten me. She told me she still doesn’t have my paperwork. What?! I’ve never heard that before. Paperwork is done immediately when the car is done. Then she proceeds to help another customer and told me to wait at another desk!! Doesn’t bother to grab my paperwork and get me out of there. Another guy finally checked me out. I was beyond annoyed!!!! So much so that I called in to speak to a manager! Tempted not to go back ever again!

Very responsive and attentive to my concerns and service was prompt and communicative. Great job by my Serivce Tech Tom!

Going through several different lease/purchase scenarios on several different vehicles - Ignacio answered any and all questions we had in a patient friendly informative manner. He made us feel like we were his only customers. Ignacio’s salesmanship allowed us to feel completely confident in our decision to purchase our CPO 2019 RX.
