Always made to feel special at this dealership. Greeted warmly, escorted to, Bob, the person who is the “overseer”. Bob explained the findings when they were through and made sure that I understood what has to happen next time.

The long term experienced service writers are great.

The long term experienced service writers are great. I had Doug Evans, who continues to be excellent. Some of the newbies can be challenging to work with. The newbies have no idea about how a car works, and cannot answer seemingly simple questions Thanks Paul Breckner
