Hi, Not satisfied with service Why? Car wash ( Needs to be done much better) Mechanic after work is done need to clean his dirty steps!!! Sticker on windshield for some reason was not replace with a new date of service. (Ready to show all pictures , but really don’t want to spend my time) Hope next time will see a great service ...so the Lexus Diamond sticker on windshield will reflect a quality of work and service.

I waited in the guest lounge. Joe Lushune Came back three times to update me. He asked me if I wanted a loaner but I was so comfortable I refused. Joe could not be any nicer. By the time I left I felt like I made a new friend.
