Stress free buying! Bought a car for my daughter at Walser, took way too long and they really put on the pressure to buy extended warranties & other add-ons. At Lexus of Wayzata, they explained your options and there was zero pressure to buy any of them. And I live my new car!

Everyone at the dealership was professional and friendly toward me. I got to test drive my vehicle minutes after walking in and was able to complete my purchase quickly and smoothly. The salesman I worked with the most, John MacEachern, was kind and transparent with me while walking me through my vehicle's history. I felt respected and well-informed throughout the process.

I came in this evening and I can’t remember who helped me...

I came in this evening and I can’t remember who helped me but Lexus customer service is always off the charts. I came in for routine service and when I received my car it was nice and clean. Also it’s winter so there’s lots of salt stains on the floor mats. Came back to the front floor mats clean! I’m so happy and feel very well taken care of. I appreciate the service Lexus. You have a great team 🙌❣️🙏🏻

This review is for Bob. He took really good care of me while my car was in. He listened with compassion and related to me about our craziness in perfection of our vehicles. Bob was so kind and so easy going. He was also very professional and seems to love his job. Bob is my favorite 🏆
