Visiting MPLS and check engine light came on, as getting ready to head home to KCMO. Very accommodating and expeditious in handling a drive-in without appointment. Mr. Holm was super friendly and a delight to work with. Would definitely be a return customer if lived in area.

Car not ready when promised. Had to go back twice to pick...

Car not ready when promised. Had to go back twice to pick it up and still don’t have my paperwork for service work that was done. Nice guys at service desk and greeters but this was a one hour oil change and tire rotation that took over 6 hours

Not well organized. Some employees not engaged...

Not well organized. Some employees not engaged especially those meeting/greeting the customer. Bob Madson the service rep was fine, but didn't get a lot of cooperation from the staff in the service area. Overall, disappointing to what I get at Chevrolet for service, who work hard to exceed expectations. Lexus had my car all day, gave me a loaner, but called late in the afternoon telling me they couldn't get to it. When I picked it up, it took 20 minutes to get my car after I paid for it. Seriously?
