It is awesome!
It is awesome!!! Angel does not make you wait in line they get he even gets me a coffee or drink of my choice while I sit! He is also super proactive and tells me when I’ll need to replace my tires and get an oil change!

We purchased a 2024 Turbo GLE 53 in June 2023.
We purchased a 2024 Turbo GLE 53 in June 2023. We have had this vehicle for about nine months and it has less then 3,000 miles. In that time, the entire dashboard went out, after about five months which required service. Then this week there was a recall due the gas pedal issues. We didn’t expect having this many issues with a vehicle that cost us over $100K. We thought we were purchasing a reliable vehicle that is supposed to be know for their reliability and engineering. Maybe we made a mistake purchasing this vehicle. It had been really disappointing owning this Mercedes to this point. It would be nice if they dealership would to contact us, but I don’t think they really care after making a sale. Live & learn.

Excelente trato, muy profesionales en todo momento, súper contentos por que simplemente se dedicaron a lo que es enfocándose a mostrar la SUV desde el principio fueron muy claros y directos nunca forzando o siendo insistentes mostrándose abiertos a los comentarios de nosotros en particular el Sr Ricardo González un excelente vendedor que nos dio confianza desde la primera vez.

Worst experience Response Javier H., lying me about pulling my credit .I have preapproved a good interest with a credit union and don't was agree .Lying me i will have soft pull ,and after i made hurt my credit score with 8 points,and after ask me downpayment with Mercedes financing.Lying me with how old is car on the market,it was 186 days and lying me is new car at the dealership,after i checked carfax i saw exactly 186 days.The car it was at this dealer for sale from 09.09.2023. Lying me car is 2021, but is 09.2020 Only lying This is a scam when somebody gives you other data and you need to pay the same money. Avoid this dealer to don't have the same problems.
