Arrived at the dealership after hours, having driven on
Arrived at the dealership after hours, having driven on blown tire caused by unseen road debris in pouring rain. Parked at curb, next to locked gate and fortunately there were a few people inside. Met with Jesse Ortiz, a sales consultant not service rep. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me with the predicament. Entered the information within computer system regarding service inspection, assisted with Uber order, provided bag for items from my car, braved the rain with me, etc. Bottom line, Jesse is a winner in my book. Record Time
Superb service experience for the second time! The dealership sent personnel to pick up state wagon on a Friday. Our vacation home is located 1.5hrs. away from San Juan. Both pick-up and delivery personnel very courteous and professional. Engine mount replacements performed inn record time and car retuned sparkling clean Monday afternoon. We have decided to purchase one next Mercedes at San Juan even though we live 700mis. away. Over the phone service from David Casados outstanding, and Technician Juan Hernandez kept an eye on our baby while at the shop even though he did not work on it this time.
