Cascade Subaru

Five stars isn’t enough. I purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester from The Cascade Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Mark was fantastic to work with. I probably kept him on his toes with all of my questions—and more than a little sarcastic texting—but he took it all in stride and always responded professionally and promptly. The Forester was aggressively priced, so I felt I had to aggressively shop. After comparing it with just about every similar Forester within a reasonable distance, I kept coming back to Cascade. In the end, it was the right choice. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. The vehicle was exactly as represented, the paperwork was smooth, and everyone treated us with respect throughout the process.

from the start, Nick and Matt were very helpful and understanding of our car needs without guiding or pushing us into any car or options. They showed us how to use the touch screen options that we needed without overwhelming us with the options that we wouldnt need, and would likely forget. Pat was very cordial and fast in helping us sign all the paperwork.

Awesome place for service. I live in Solon but drive down here because they are a wonderful dealership and Ganley Beford is the worst dealer in Cleveland. The staff at Cascade is very friendly and very thorough in checking your car. Mike, the service advisor, was awesome and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend their service department as they are upfront and honest. This is my first Subaru and I wanted to make sure I got exceptional service. This is the place and its worth the trip.

Everyone I dealt with at Cascade Subaru was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, it was a pleasure working with Matt Harteis, Nick Corlett and Joe Ferrante who helped with the selection of my Forester, explaining features of the SUV and the financing.
