Everyone I dealt with at Cascade Subaru was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, it was a pleasure working with Matt Harteis, Nick Corlett and Joe Ferrante who helped with the selection of my Forester, explaining features of the SUV and the financing. This is my second Subaru leased through Cascade and I will definitely be dealing with them in the future.

It's been a few weeks and I love driving my Subaru Crosstrek. The safety features are great and the ride is very comfortable and the vehicle itself is beautiful..... A huge "Thank You" to Matt Harteis @ Cascade Auto Grp on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls for making my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. No pressure at all during the whole transaction... Matt Harteis and the rest of the team answered all my questions and went over every option available. Thanks again for making my car buying experience enjoyable......

Amazing experience. I had an outstanding time at this dealership. This is a small car dealership , and the atmosphere here is much more pleasant than in other, more modern places. No one puts pressure on the buyers , and every customer is treated attentively . Matt Harteis , the sales associate who helped me, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you're looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Matt. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!!! Thanks again

Would not recommend going to this service center to get anything down. Drove 90 minutes to get my seat repaired. Girl at the service desk said oh the guy don’t come in until sometime in the afternoon. My appointment was for 9:00. She wanted to make another appointment. She was not sorry and acted like she could care less we had driven a hour and a half.for no reason. We asked why they made our appointment at 9:00 when the guy who fixes it doesn’t come in until the afternoon. She acted dumbfounded and said she didn’t know. We will find another dealership.

Buying a new Subaru was a easy and stress free experience. At no time did we fell pressured about making a decision. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure any questions we had were answered completely. What a great experience.

Very impressed with the entire Cascade experience. Matt was great in all areas: answering all questions and I felt no buyer pressure. Jenna made the financial part stress free and Joe was very helpful on the technical questions I had. Would definitely recommend Cascade and suggest they request Matt. John
