My experience at Grubb’s Volvo was excellent. I leased an Infiniti from Grubb’s in 2021 and it was an exceptional buying experience. It was time for another vehicle and Grubb’s has a nice selection of luxury brands close to each other. I met James at Grubb’s Volvo and I briefly told him what I was interested in and call me if he can help me. I wanted to give him some time without me. James introduced me to his supervisor Shad as I was leaving. All very professional. Less than 10 minutes later James called me. The end result is I am driving a nicer Volvo than I intended and paying a price I am happy with. I could go on how much I like the XC 60 ultimate but the buying experience was just as good. During some minor negotiations I met Sean which was another supervisor of James. I asked to meet with Sean right before I drove off the lot with my new car. I wanted to thank him for creating a culture where I felt I was given courtesy, honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to the customer. I spent a lot of time with James during the process and I wanted Sean to know my high regards for him and the management team. Two weeks later I feel the same and have never had that uneasy pit in my stomach you get with large purchases. I would recommend Grubb’s Volve to anyone I know based on those 3 men. James, Shad, and Sean.

The salesman, Jack, and Finance Director Rance are elite. I’d recommend avoiding the service department at all costs. However, if you need to purchase or lease a vehicle these gentlemen are top notch.
