The service dept was very friendly and on time and explained the charges..they also checked head rests in car for a recall. Explained that my head rests were good

Thanks Dealership awesome, ram warranty needs improvement, warranty called 12.54pm said part will shipping will take 1-4 business days. That same afternoon at 4 pm Dealership called said truck done.

I would give a 3, engine oil was spilled down one side of the engine down onto the exhaust ( which wife Could smell burning oil all the way home) and not all the screws that hold down the air cleaner box lid was tightened down.
