My experience was fantastic.

My experience was fantastic. My wife was inquiring about a few vehicles with Emerson and he was very helpful. We ultimately chose the St. Paul location because of this timely and effective communication and support. Upon arriving, i met with Emerson and he handed me off to Carlos. Carlos was amazing to work with. He was very patient as we looked at and drive several models. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in working through the options and ensuring that we received the option that fit best for our needs and also helped to find the best deal with significant savings.

Walser screwed up the first oil change on my 2024

Walser screwed up the first oil change on my 2024 Forester so that the oil ran way low. I got a new 2025 Forester out of the deal but it cost me $3800 I wasn’t planning on spending and I would have preferred to have been able to keep the 2024.
