Still having trouble getting the Pulse system to work

Still having trouble getting the Pulse system to work after bringing it down to Emerson earlier this week. The center brake light does not pulse. We paid $400 for that option. Haven't had time to bring it back in this week. Hopefully next week.

Brought car in for MULTIPLE intermittent issues which service could not re-create (no computer messages & technicians couldn't "replicate" in that moment. They simply suggested I take pictures when it doesn't work. SERIOUSLY? I'm a nurse and so know how to give a complete and detailed description of problems. Also, since it's happening INTERMITTENTLY, it likely won't be able to be re-created when I bring the car in... Soooo... they won't take my descriptions and also what is the use of "pictures" since I can provide a DETAILED description of what's happening. So, do I simply go to a different Subaru dealer? My former mechanic? Or, as my Dad (who has $125k-plus Audi and BMWs) says, the more computer stuff on the car, the more often it will "intermittently misbehave"? THIS would have been a satisfactory answer... reassuring, even. But "take a picture"? Sheerly unsatisfactory and made me feel demeaned -- as if I don't know what I'm experiencing with my own car. Disheartening experience, to say the very least... Car has acted PERFECTLY since purchase until a few weeks ago... do I have a "lemon" or is my Dad simply correct about cars with complicated/computer-rich systems??? My Mazda CX-5 never gave me any trouble, and it was also equipped with all the top options comparable to the Forester TOURING hybrid. Just simply unsatisfied with the service folks' explanation and approach.

Racist.

Racist. Went with a friend to buy a car. Salesperson brought in Mr. Epp. We said we'd arrange the money and my friend would be back in a couple hours with his checkbook. Perfectly fine with the old white guy there. When my friend returned by himself, they wouldn't accept his check. My friend returned the next day with a cashiers check and somehow they hadn't managed to get the title signed over and the person who signs off had "gone home" for the day. I had to return a third time and and harass them them to finally get the title handed over.

Your mechanics didn’t have the correct tools to change my tires. Never has this happened to me before. I wasn’t informed of this until I paid the bill- so left with only partial service done. Condescending rude customer service rep when I called to complain. Never will I return to one of your service centers!
