Great service center at the dealership.

Great service center at the dealership. They were able to address my concern with vehicle that was not identified previously. They worked quickly to remedy the situation and did not charge labor for installation of part. Very happy with that solution.

I told the sales Mgr I just went through major surgery

I told the sales Mgr I just went through major surgery and wanted a no xx and efficient experience. It is what we got. We rode Uber to Walser and drove home 2 1/2hours later in a new Crosstrek.

The saleswoman who took care of my car purchase at Walser

The saleswoman who took care of my car purchase at Walser in South St Paul, Meria Medina Alzate, was very helpful, explaining every step and listening to my needs. She was very attentive, hospitable, and did a good job of getting approval and arrangements for my particular situation.

I was given two free oil changes when the car was

I was given two free oil changes when the car was purchased, I had only used one. The day of the second oil change I signed up for the discounted four oil change program, instead of using the 2nd oil change from vehicle purchase the oil change was deducted from the new program. It would be nice to have the correction made.
