The service guys were good. I had done what needed to be done. I inquired about the heat in my steering wheel, it’s like warm and was told it would be 195.00 to look at it. I bought an extended warranty. No mention of that. I declined. Because I thought was too high. They could have put their hand on it to tell me if they felt it was normal or not. My thoughts anyway. It would have at least made me think they were interested in customer service. Last my car was not washed. Do you have to ask for that? Or is that not an option? No big complaints, more observations.

Didn’t address any of my questions. He said I would have to wait for software updates. Didn’t reset my vehicle so after I left had all kinds of error messages.

We were greatly pleased that a visitor from Michigan was quickly accommodated by the service department. Our vehicle was returned, not only washed, but the inside was wiped and cleaner than it had been since fall. We would be regular customers if we lived in Minneapolis.
