Horrible place to buy!!!

I bought a range rover with them and as soon as i got vehicle found a bill from a local dealership(not land rover) when they took vehicle for damage on suspensi9n and differential... camera didnt work... sebastian even started saying that me trade in was a nightmare because was full of issues including oil leaks... i do have paperwork from ford dealership (f250) that was inspected and had nothing wrong... so they started saying that since f250 was leaking oil they were not going to fix issue... oh forgot to mention ac does not work since day 1... rangevrover was delivered plus full of dog hair... sent pictures to sebastian and he just ignored it... all this is in email proof... now i have this range rover with warranty that they are not being responsible because vehicle service was not being done on differential and now i have a 5k dlls bill to pay to get it fixed. If anybody has proof of fraud and scams from this place we can sue this place together... just read all the fraudulent sales they have done on reviews...

Not fixed as promised

They sold me Discovery needs some repair like airbag/ broken roof/ roof cover and windshield leak etc. They agree to fix before closing deal but nobody response after sale. Waited 15 days to fix it, I called/ text/ emailed more than 500 time everybody from sales man to owner (jason/Teresa/ivan/uzjya/ David/fernano/davis) nobody responded back so i had to drive back office to remind them. Finally they picked up and keep for another 31 days more to fix it. After 46 days closed , only Marie call me back and bring it back but still they didn’t fix all as they promised. After zero response and follow up or call back from all these people and not fixing as promised After 46 days close the deal, how would you review yourself? Don’t response with your fake sweet word, we value customer and call me back. If you want make it straight as promised, you all have my phone show me way to fix it so i can come back and up date review.

Don’t accept checks from outside financing

This dealer won’t let you use your own financial institution for financing. The salesman kept trying to convince me to use their financing company. He said the only way he can sale me the car if I use their financing company.

Shady and Dishonest

Shady! Dishonest! $3500.00 service fee. After getting our vehicle home we get a low engine coolant light. What exactly did that $3500.00 pay for because it certainly wasn’t to service the vehicle! The only solution the dealership offered was to give us a full detail!’ Laughable!! The only correct solution is to give us our $3500.00 back! Stay Away from this place!!

Shady!

Michael's your guy!

I made a purchase yesterday and worked with Michael. He was kind and courteous and willing to work with me on numbers I felt comfortable with. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend.

Professional Service

We felt that everyone was friendly and professional. The car looked spotless. The staff seemed very interested in answering our inquiries. The car was ready to drive when we arrived. It was a pleasant experience!
