My husband & I have purchased 4 Lexus autos from Bredemann over the years. We drive by other Lexus dealers to get there, a long way from our home. We keep going back to Bredemann for good reason. We never walk out disappointed. From the front door sales floor, to the car wash, and the service department we are always made to feel like they are happy that we chose them. The quality of the Lexus automobile is superior and speaks for itself. However, the buying experience is important. Bredemann is honest, caring and helpful and we never feel pressured. All the staff there represent a good & overall positive ambience, knowledgeable & helpful. But we always look for Howard Meron. Gotta love Howard. He knows his product inside & out and if there is a question he can't answer, he finds the answer quickly. He returns calls promptly and is always helpful?with a smile and a kind word. This was our second sales experience at Bredeman Lexus, & it was as wonderful as the first one. The sales staff was professional, very knowledgable, patient, accommodating & friendly. All questions were answered in detail, and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready to do so. Following the sale, all of our needs concerning car instructions, service issues, etc. were & are continuing to be met. We really enjoy doing business with this dealership, & would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Renis Pavlik was a fabulous "partner" in helping me decide on which Lexus and which color to buy. She was patient and professional and very knowledgeable. This is my 5th car that I have leased at Bredemann’s Lexus in Glenview. Jeff (General Manager) has always given me the best rates on their leasing program. This year after I signed the leasing papers with Brian Larsen they had Sue Guido from the Sales and Leasing Department go over the car with me to show me the options of the car. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. From the minute you walk into Bredemann’s you know you have stepped into a dealership that’s a class act from A to Z. I’m sure I will be leasing cars from them for many years to come.

My experience today was a superior experience!!! I have purchased many vehicles in the past 20 some years from Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. All purchases have been positive experiences. Everyone I was involved with for the purchase were well versed in their specialized field. There was no bate and switch.
