We were very pleased with our salesperson, Renis and the sales manager Tim Ryan. I believe through no fault of the dealership, the actual delivery of our car took somewhat longer than we anticipated. We are very happy with the car and we appreciated the thorough training Renis provided to us. It was a very nice experience overall.

What is impressive to me about Bredemann Lexus is that the same faces are there year after year. I have been going there for roughly the last 15 years. The same service rep has been there this entire time. The salesman I deal with, Wayne Phillips, is also still there. I bought my first car from him 15 years ago and I just bought a 3rd car from him this month. He has been at Bredemann for at least the last 15 years. Wayne gives me a fair price each time. I don't have to dicker on price much, Wayne gives me a fair price pretty much right off the bat. Service team drives me to and from the train and on the couple of occasions I needed a loaner, they gave it to me immediately, for free. Stop to think about the salesmen or service reps at other dealerships. They jump from one dealership to the next, one career to the next. My experience is that its just not that way Bredemann.

I initially stumble upon this dealership back in 2009. I was't even looking to buy a vehicle, necessarily. But I went in to inquire about the brand and their fleet. Charles Raslina took me out on several test drives. He explained each vehicle and its benefits to me thoroughly. He also took the time to ask about my driving habits, my current vehicle and my overall driving experience. Our interaction educated me to know for the future which type of vehicle best suits my lifestyle. Consequently, I came back to Bredemann Lexus about two months later and made my first Lexus purchase. Moreover, I returned in 2013 to trade in my vehicle for a hybrid. And there was Charles Raslina and crew to help me with my transition. I was shocked (pleasantly) at how much I got for my trade-in. It was the first time I got more back than I owed, and I had over 150K miles on that vehicle. I drive a lot and I have said on several occasions, "I will always own a Lexus." Their customer care exceeds my expectations.
