Appointment with Howard Meron was very helpful So many...

Appointment with Howard Meron was very helpful So many things about my Lexus that I was not using correctly. Beautiful car but I did not like it. Too many complicated computer gimmicks/features. This conversation was great.

Service was prompt and precise. Not subjected to high pressure sales. Best part was- there seems to be a dedicated service for buyers to get oriented with new features of Lexus 021- NX-300. Assistance seems to be available by arrangemene. This was not available before.

We had a great experience at Fields Lexus in Glenview purchasing our RX350. Howard Meron did a fantastic job familiarizing us with all of the incredible vehicle technology, explained things in detail, answered our questions, and we didn’t have to look at the manual for hours. Brad Bildsten was so kind and helpful in guiding us with our vehicle selection. We appreciate all of Brad’s advice and expertise. Jeff Kaddatz is someone we totally trust and depend on at Fields Lexus Glenview. We totally rely on Jeff’s extraordinary service expertise. Jeff is extremely kind and caring and trustworthy. Today I had the worst experience with Fields Lexus...

Today I had the worst experience with Fields Lexus Glenview. I was looking for preowned Lexus RX 350 2008-2009 to buy for my daughter. A few days ago I found car in Fields and made a call about it. I spoke with Chris about coming to see this car. Finally I received call from him and we made appointment for test driving for today 3/10/20 at 1:30. At 11:00 I received a message from Chris that car did not pass inspection and was send to dealer auction /it was pure lying/ My respond was that I don't believe him and I feel that car was sold to other buyer. His respond was : "Selling our vehicles as soon as possible is always our goal. Also I was misinformed and and car was actually sold to another customer". My respond was that I never experienced such a blatant dishonest action from any Lexus dealership in the past. He sent his apologies.... I am a Doctor and I lost whole day of work planning to come to your place. I hope that Fields Lexus makes appropriate steps to treat women customers in equal may with men. Elvina Berman. MD, PH.D

Dave Buktenica once again did a superb job of leasing us...

Dave Buktenica once again did a superb job of leasing us a car. We were returning a leased NX300 and wanted to replace it with another. He told us of the updates to the vehicle and what he had available and we did the deal in record time. He is fair, knowledgeable and efficient. He’s even willing to come to our house and program our garage door opener! Then when you add delivery specialist Howard Meron you have a perfect team. For the first time ever I left the deal ship having actually learned how to work the car and should I have any questions he’s available. His directives were so clear that you couldn’t help but learn what to do and he has you do it. The whole experience was very satisfying and I love my new car.

My wife and I have been searching for a Lexus LS500 for...

My wife and I have been searching for a Lexus LS500 for several weeks. I contacted 5 Chicago area dealers at the same time--including our current Lexus dealer. The results? 3 did not email or call me back, 1 emailed and sent a quote that was not understandable and when I asked a question to clarify I never heard back and then there was Fields Lexus. Immediate response and a follow up call that was low pressure. I asked a lot of questions via emails and all were answered quickly. Then I got another call and the same thing happened--low pressure but a lot about what I was looking and how they could help. We set up an appointment and went to the dealership to find more of the same fabulous treatment. They truly cared about making us happy, not just trying to sell a car. Our salesperson, Keith Tennyson, was fantastic. We usually fret visits to a dealership and he made us feel differently. He took very good care of us. And then we met the General Manager, Rocky Elli, as we were finishing up and had a great chat. He did not rush us but rather made us feel like we really chose the right dealership. Both gentlemen went well above and beyond. And they did everything they said they would do. How often does that happen? I cannot recommend Fields Lexus more. If there were six stars to rate, they would have gotten it.

Great experience. Wayne and Howard were a great team...

Great experience. Wayne and Howard were a great team that complemented each other. I had a 1:00 sales appointment with Wayne and drove away with a new RX 350 late afternoon. Wayne was very knowledgeable and Howard was especially helpful in showing me the vehicle features, settings and all the bells and whistles after the purchase I was told to call or come back to dealership anytime if I had questions. People often visit a car dealership looking for a haggling battle with the sales staff. Not the case here. Everyone was very professional and respectful. Would highly recommend talking to them if you are looking to purchase a new Lexus.
