Fields Lexus Glenview

We recently purchased a Lexus from Fields. We had a great experience , especially with Dave Buktenica and Howard Maron the product specialist. I really appreciated learning about the technology in the car and how to use all the features. I never have had such a detailed orientation. It was amazing.

I worked with L Homer and Howard Moran they were excellent! Very professional very thorough in their information I would use them again. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the manager in the finance department but he was absolutely excellent with his advice. I will definitely only use this dealership

We purchased our 2021 RX 450h from Fields. Our salesperson, Keith Tennyson was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions and even came in on his day off to finish the deal. Dan and Howard are product specialists. Dan sat with us and patiently went over all of the technical aspects of the car. Howard was able to answer additional questions. Everyone we worked with was friendly and easy to talk to. The Salesman, who's name is David is the best sales guy I have ever bought a car from. He knew everything and anything about the car I wanted to buy. He was patient and always answered the phone when I called. The deal I got was better than any other dealership I visited. The amount of time David gave me when I had a bunch of questions was unlimited. He was always there for me. Howard the product specialist was amazing. The answers to the special questions I asked were on point. He spent almost 2 hours with me and my wife when I picked up the car. He also was patient and knew what he was talking about. I have had a perfect experience at this dealership It culminated today with my new tech friend Howard and he was amazing so thorough, so thoughtful and helped me with every question I had and then some Was a great experience. From start with Nate and John to my end today with Howard I know my next three years will be with ease and enjoyment at this dealership. Our experience at Field's was great. Jim Dyra was very patient and thorough with us as we were new to buying a Lexus. He was extremely willing to take his time and explain every feature on our Lexus along with setting up our preferences. He took excellent care of us for the moment we sat down to compare cars, discuss car maintenance history, and review comparisons on similar cars. We were extremely pleased with Fields and Jim. My experience at Fields was awesome! Mike Kim was great to work with and he really tried to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I found the pre-owned Lexus I eventually bought on a major internet car site. I went to Fields to test drive it late Saturday and while we were working out the details of the purchase, they had closed. Since they had closed and they wanted to make sure the car was washed and waxed, AND I could speak with the Tech guy, Howard, we decided to postpone the purchase until Monday. During that time, the car price had dropped $1,000 on the online search sights. On Monday, the dealership honored the price. It felt real good to know that I was dealing with such an respectable company. I would highly recommend Fields as a place to buy your next car! Side note: Howard was amazing at helping me learn all the new features of my RX350. In addition, both Howard and Mike have been in touch with me since my purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. That's customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with Brad Bildstein. He was very accommodating, low pressure, and great follow-up. When I leased the vehicle, Howard Meron explained all the new features in a very informative, friendly, patient manner. This is my second Lexus. I bought my first one 12 years ago from the previous dealership at this location. During the past 12 years, I used this dealership mostly for free car washes and occasionally for service. My experience has always been top notch. I would definitely recommend it!
