I will always have a Lexus because the service I get at Bredemann especially from Malinda and Christine they ar my go to girls. No matter how small or big the concern I have they are always happy to resolve it.

Service people are friendly and reputable. Christine and Malinda are accommodating, smart and make things easy and fast. Loaners are great to keep me in my schedule! I missed the wash due to weather but I may stop in later! Thank you!

Paul Caputo recently assisted me in buying a new Lexus RX 350. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Paul also went out of his way to ensure that we received the vehicle we wanted as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure working with Paul and his team.

I have owned many cars all the way from Pontiac to Chevy and ending with Lexus. The service and customer service I have recieved from the time I purchased my vehicle through present has been above stellar. Marvin Dumanlang and Pat Kappel have been my service advisors and they not only keep me informed of every step with my vehicle they actually appears to care. Whether this is true or not, I will never know. I am always made to feel like I am #1 and so is my vehicle, because of this I will always drive a Lexus.

I had service done to my Lexus few days ago and as usual I dealt with Marvin Dumanlang. He went far beyond the routine job.. He made sure the car is spotless.. brought paint to touch a small paint chips on the hood.. I felt really good that day that someone cares about details. Great job Marvin.

They are not only knowledgable and capable employes, they are truly "consumer friendly", and make each visit to your Service Department a pleasant experience--even my husband enjoy coming with me--and I drive over 20 miles, round-trip, to get there and back home. I am blown away with the treatment I recently had at bredemann Lexus Christine got my car in for service with out an appointment (I got lucky on that) then between Malinda and Marvin were able to finish up my paper work and explain it to me in words I understand lol thank you
