Consistency

I am blown away with the treatment I recently had at bredemann Lexus Christine got my car in for service with out an appointment (I got lucky on that) then between Malinda and Marvin were able to finish up my paper work and explain it to me in words I understand lol thank you

Love it!

First service

I brought my Employer's car in for its first check up. I originally was scheduled with a rental but Malinda ensured to would be done in half hour or less. The service rep was efficient and knowledgeable. She had my car done under half hour and they washes the rubber mats without asking! Christine was able to answer a couple quick questions I had about the automatic seat Warmers. Friendly women that helped me and great fast service!

I’d rather be sailing but I love my Lexus!

We brought my dad?s car in for an airbag recall and were thoroughly taken care of by Melinda. We do not normally do service at the dealer because my father has his own mechanic. But it was a nice interaction during our most recent visit for the recall.

Great job

I had an odor in my car and I could not figure it out. I took my car to the dealer and was assisted by malinda. She called me towards the end of the day and there was water coming in causing mold. The repair was costly but well worth it to have my car back to smelling clean and normal! Great job!
