Just Purchased 10/17/ 25 Super easy only 3 Day transaction!!! John, Andrew and Frank make a buying process FAST EASY SIMPLE and HAPPY for both side! Very good collection of the luxury cars! Will definitely buy again!!!!

I consigned my Maserati Gran Tourismo to this Empire Auto for four months (March - June). Not only did they not sell it, when I got it back the glove box was completely cleaned out including the owner's manual and the window sticker. I went back in person to discuss the issues with John Dingle and I was told that he would give it his top priority and if they couldn't find the manual, he'd buy me a new one. John has done absolutely nothing he said he'd do. He'll look you in the eye and make you a promise and then do the exact opposite. I also authorized him to lower the price in an effort to get the vehicle sold. He told me it would sell "within two weeks". Not only did they not sell it, they also removed it from all advertising. When I questioned John about it, he blamed it on the owner and said he pulled the advertising accidently. He promised it would be back on all the advertising sites immediately. He promised to prioritize this as well. Again, more lies. Needless to say, I will no longer do business with this company.

I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and I have nothing but great things to say about the Empire Auto Collection team. John Dingle and Yousef Awad were very professional and helpful with the whole transaction from A to Z. They even arranged shipping to Miami and made sure my baby got to me safe. They had the best pricing around and made the process painful and easy. I would definitely recommend shopping with them again. They now have a customer for life. Thank you guys!

Yousef took care of me like I was family. I went in there with a specific car in mind and he didn’t let me leave until I was happy. Great overall experience. Will be shopping here again

Please take a three party with you! I am in the process of taking legal action against this company. They rolled the miles back on car and that is illegal. I noticed this after having trouble with it and getting it diagnosed. The machine says something totally different than the dash board. And looking into it further online, I know now they ripped me off! So I am seeking legal action. Be careful!

Let me start off by complementing John Dingle as he provided great service and was very responsive. Now, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR POTENTIAL VEHICLE BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE. I live in Indiana and considered the excellent reviews when committing to a sight-unseen purchase. This was the wrong decision and here's why: Brakes front and rear were OE and had severe pulsating, needed to be changed. Battery was OE and bad thus, the alternator was overcharging it and causing my IDRIVE to have issues, replaced battery and all is fine. Staggered wheels were on backwards.......attention to detail? Exhaust hanger completely snapped off. Former Canadian car thus, the COMBI is stuck in KPM when engaging the cruise control and can only be fixed by replacing the entire KOMBO, annoying but it is what it is. All 4 wheels had moderate curb rash and clear was peeling around the center. HERE's THE MOST FRUSTRATING PART, READY? THE ENTIRE DRIVER SIDE OF THE CAR WAS PAINTED, fender, both doors, and rear quarter panel. Front bumper was well out of alignment and sagging toward the passenger side. I get it, used car, right? For a no-haggle experience, I'd expect the car to be sound and not have to go straight to the shop for maintenance. I'm sure they have some great cars and their reviews speak for themselves but, the quality of car I received was not as expected and was left very disappointed. ***PLEASE, have a 3rd party inspection done and touch the vehicle of interest yourself before buying here***
