Tindol Subaru

We have purchased at least 10 cars in our life and Tindol Subaru is the best dealership we have ever encountered. They employ hard working and honest people! The sales team is amazing and the service department is as well! We'll be looking for a car for our daughter soon and we'll be heading to Tindol Subaru.

I love Tindol. I have purchased other cars and done most of my maintenance needs through Tindol but I must say last week I purchased a car with TJ at Tindol Subaru and I feel as if I was cheated quite a bit. There was some obvious trickery at play and the paperwork was not done quite right. He was not very happy with my willingness to not just pay sticker which resulted in me waiting over 2 hrs to sign the final docts and I could see him outside just joking and smoking. I will stick with Tindol Ford and not go to Tindol Subaru. Make sure you go to Tindol Ford they are amazing. I got my first 2 cars from them. They are great.

The service is absolutely terrible. Worst experience having a car repaired EVER. Job cost me double what was estimated over the phone. The car was filthy dirt when I picked it up and they had it for weeks! Very poor communication. All around awful experience.

We have bought many cars over the years and by far this was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. The price was right, the staff was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend Tindol to anyone in the marked for a Subaru

I can't say enough good praise about this dealership. We are on our third Subaru purchased from Tindol. They have treated us like family since we first step into the facility years ago. I upgraded from a Crosstrek to a Forester. They went over and beyond to find the perfect car and made a great no hassle offer. I live in chattanooga and found the car I liked at Tindol, I dealt with Kalib Smith and he was very helpful, answered every question I had and worked with me to get my payments close to where I wanted. They delivered the car and the gentleman that drove it down was very helpful and polite as well. Definitely recommend Kalib and Tindol when looking for your next vehicle!

An altogether pleasant experience buying an Outback - the best of many at any dealership. The entire process -from arrival, through trade-in and financing, to departure - was under two and a half hours. Honestly, had I known how painless it would be I would have traded in much, much sooner. After driving Toyotas for 25 years I am now truly sold on Subaru.
