They Never Fail to Disappoint
I know everyone says "the only people who write a review are the angry people". I promise I have given excellent reviews to many local businesses, but this dealership really needs a spot light on their complete lack of customer service. We have bought two cars here (at the same time, we will NEVER buy another car from THEM), and ever since they have rude, unresponsive and lacked any ability to simply do what they say they are going to do. We will no longer go to the dealership for anything. We will handle any issues we have through the Service Department located at 136 Engle St.

Great Service
John Gaurnieri was the sales associate that helped me. After he helped put my family into a 2015 ES 350, I felt i had no choice but to come back to him for our new 2017 RX. He is an astute professional and will always come back.

Great Customer Service - Welcoming Environment
I liked the fact that the Sales Consultant, Alton, the Finance Manager, Nicole and Sales Manager, truly listened to my needs and did everything in their power to accommodate me. The Product Specialist was quite knowledgeable and congenial as well.
