OK but they care about the sale not the customer
Eddie the salesman was polite and not too pushy. My only complaint was his repeating over and over again that he "works for me". I know it's a sales pitch but it is a turn off because he obviously doesn't. I left a deposit and he assured me they would be able to get me a good rate on my financing. They didn't and while going to my credit union for a loan, another dealer called with a better car at a better price and a better financing rate. Not entirely their fault but they weren't able to deliver on a done deal. I would have recommended them to friends but after calling several times to let them know I was canceling they didn't have the courtesy to call back or credit my deposit. I had to dispute the charge on my card. Too bad they chose to show the sale was more important to them than the customer.

Excellent customer service, communication and experience!
Via, Autotrader, I located a pre-owned Lexus with the options I wanted and in my price range at Lexus of Englewood. I contacted the dealership and in short order was working with Michael Stella who was very responsive and addressed my many questions - which was important as I live ~ 200 miles away. He provided his cell phone number and provided me updates on the status of the car, which was going through CPO certification - even on his days off. In less than a week, I was at the dealership to purchase the car that was in even better condition than I anticipated. Mr. Stella had everything ready for me which made for a easy purchase. Angela, the finance manager was also efficient and friends. Lexus of Englewood is a great dealership!
