People seemed friendly. I just didn't like the cost of the outcome and they could have replenished liquids, washer fluid and etc esp after having it so long.

The Dealership has always been spot on, however after
The Dealership has always been spot on, however after driving 3 hours to have vehicle serviced. ( we were under the impression the oil change would be @ no charge. It seems that we were misinformed. We had a 1:30 pm appointment for an oil change. They were very late taking the vehicle back. Two hours later we are still waiting.
