The friendly people. The efficiency of the technicians on the repairs only problem is that another problem developed but they are taking care of it. From my dealings so I think this is the best Dodge dealership I've ever been too. Jimmy (service advisor) was great, he kept me informed of the status of the repair. and the diesel tech was great.
